Leveraging our experience in consulting and recruiting, our resources are accumulated over the years through resume services, social media, networking, memberships with professional organizations and references.

We can provide entry, junior, intermediate and senior level professional candidates and align education, skills and experience with our client’s requirements and constraints. Our scope of services includes project based, contract, contract to hire and full-time employments. These can be 1099 or W2 employment opportunities.

We also have created and utilized a staff augmentation model where the candidate becomes employees of Hirexpectation but are deployed to your organization for scheduling, direction and production.
