Workforce Analytics Analyst
This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data and metrics to identify important trends. In addition, the position requires development and reporting of analytic summaries.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Perform workforce analytics (leading/lagging indicators) and other ad-hoc reporting, including consolidating data and preparing reports.
• In coordination with HRIS technical resources, develop effective reporting solutions that support business goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years professional experience
• 2+ years’ experience effectively analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of complex data into relevant insights
Required Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods in the areas of modeling and analytics
• Interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, including ability to communicate analytics to a non-technical audience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze correlations between metrics and data
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS-Excel pivot tables, v-lookups and other Excel functions
Desired Competencies:
• Knowledge of HRIS software such as SAP/HR, SAP/BW, Business Objects, SuccessFactors
